You are probably already paying more than $60
Most families spend more at the laundromat every month than a full set costs to rent, and they spend their Saturday doing it.
The laundromat
per month, for a typical family
- Two to four hours of your weekend, every week
- Gas and parking on top of the machines
- Hauling baskets in and out of the car
- Waiting on a machine that somebody left full
- Nothing to show for it at the end of the year
Renting from us
per month, plus a one-time $60 to deliver and install
- Laundry at home, whenever you want
- Repairs and maintenance included, always
- No deposit and no credit check
- We take it back when you are done, no hauling
- Single washer, dryer, or dishwasher: $45 a month
Two numbers. Nothing hidden behind them.
A monthly rate, and a one-time $60 to deliver and install it. We do not do application fees, deposits, or surprise charges at the end.

Renting should be simpler than buying
That is the whole point. If it ever feels complicated, we have done it wrong.
Repairs are on us
This is the part that makes renting better than buying a used set off Marketplace. When something fails, you call us. There is no service fee and no parts bill, and if a machine cannot be fixed quickly we swap it out.
Houses and apartments both
If you have hookups, we can almost certainly work with them. We carry both gas and electric dryers and both 3-prong and 4-prong cords, because Denver housing is a mix of everything.
Fast, and on a real schedule
We are usually delivering within a few days of your call. You get an arrival window and a text when we are on the way, so you are not writing off a whole day waiting.
No credit check
We do not pull your credit and we do not report to anyone. This is a straight rental, not a loan and not a rent-to-own agreement, so there is nothing on your record either way.
We take it back
When you are done, you call and we come get it. Free. No hauling a washer down a flight of stairs, no selling it at a loss, no leaving it behind for a landlord to charge you for.
A person, not a call center
You get the same phone number every time, and it goes to the people who actually delivered your machines. That is the difference between us and the national rent-to-own chains.
Where we deliver
We cover the Denver metro. If you are just outside this list, call us anyway, we will tell you straight whether we can get to you.

Everything people ask us
If your question is not here, call or text and we will answer it straight.
How much does it cost to rent a washer and dryer in Denver?
A full washer and dryer set is $60 a month. A single washer, single dryer, or dishwasher is $45 a month. Either way there is a one-time $60 delivery and installation fee, charged once on the day we bring the machine out.
Every repair after that is included for as long as you rent. There is no deposit and no application fee. The only commitment is a six month minimum, after which it goes month to month.
What do I pay on delivery day?
For a full set, $120: your first month's rent of $60 plus the one-time $60 delivery and installation. For a single washer, dryer, or dishwasher, $105: $45 for the first month plus the same $60 delivery and installation.
After that you pay the monthly rate and nothing else. The delivery fee is charged once and never again, no matter how many service calls you need later.
Is there a credit check?
No. We do not pull your credit, and we do not report your payments to any credit bureau. This is a straight rental agreement, not a loan and not a rent-to-own contract, so it does not appear on your credit report in either direction.
How fast can you deliver?
Usually within a few days of your call, and sometimes the same week you reach out. When you book we will give you a real arrival window rather than a whole-day range, and you will get a text when the truck is on its way.
What happens if the washer or dryer breaks?
You call us and we fix it. There is no service call fee and no parts bill, ever, for as long as you are renting. If a machine cannot be repaired quickly we swap it for another one rather than leave you without laundry.
This is the single biggest reason renting beats buying a used set. When a machine you bought fails, that repair is yours. When ours fails, it is ours.
Do I need hookups in my home?
Yes. You need a water supply, a drain, and a dryer hookup. Most apartments and houses built with a laundry closet already have all three. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you in a minute whether it will work.
Is my dryer hookup gas or electric, and does it matter?
It matters a lot, and it is worth checking before we load the truck. Gas hookups are common in Denver metro housing, especially in older buildings. Look behind where the dryer would sit: a gas hookup has a small yellow or black gas line with a shutoff valve, an electric hookup has a large three or four prong outlet.
We carry both types, so either way we can serve you. We just need to know which one before we come out.
What if I do not have a dryer vent?
Call us and describe the space. Depending on the setup we can sometimes install a vent as a paid add-on, or work out another solution. What we will not do is install a dryer somewhere it cannot vent safely, so this is worth sorting out on the phone rather than on delivery day.
How long is the minimum rental period?
Six months. After that it is month to month with no end date, and you can cancel whenever you want. The six month minimum is what lets us keep the monthly rate where it is with every repair included.
Can I rent just a washer, or just a dryer?
Yes. A single washer or a single dryer is $45 a month, plus the same one-time $60 delivery and installation. This is a common setup when one of your machines died and the other is still fine, and it is usually cheaper than replacing the broken one.
Do you rent dishwashers?
Yes. A dishwasher rents for $45 a month, the same as a single washer or dryer, plus the one-time $60 delivery and installation. Repairs are included exactly the same way.
Your kitchen needs an existing dishwasher space with the water and drain lines already run. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the space and we will tell you.
Do you have stackable washer and dryer units?
Yes, and they are the same $60 a month as a side-by-side set. Stackables are what most Denver apartments and townhome laundry closets are built for, so tell us when you call and we will put one on the truck instead.
If you are not sure which one your space takes, measure the width and height of the closet, or send us a photo, and we will work it out before delivery day rather than on it.
Do I have to move the machines if I move?
No. If you are moving somewhere else in our service area, call us and we will move the set for you. If you are leaving the area or you are just done renting, we come pick it up for free. You never have to haul a washer down a staircase.
Can I buy the machines eventually?
No, and that is deliberate. This is a rental, not rent-to-own. We do not sell the machines and your payments do not build toward owning anything. What you get instead is a set that stays under warranty forever, because it stays ours to maintain.
Can I rent for multiple units as a landlord or property manager?
Yes, and it is one of the better ways to use this. You get in-unit laundry as a listing amenity without buying machines or ever taking a repair call. Call us about three or more units and we will work out the numbers with you.
What areas do you cover?
Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Thornton, Westminster, Arvada, Englewood, Commerce City, Wheat Ridge, and Northglenn, plus most of the surrounding metro. If you are near the edge of that, call and ask. We would rather tell you honestly than waste your time.
